Practice Yoga with me Online
with my pre-recorded Embodied Anatomy Courses

Posture through Proprioception
Find balance from the inside out
Discover a new way of practicing yoga that begins from within. This 3-part course offers an embodied, anatomical exploration of foundational yoga poses like Downward Dog, Warrior I, and Plank. Through building proprioception—the sense of your body in space—you’ll learn to find alignment and balance from the inside out, rather than chasing a ‘perfect’ external shape. Ideal for yoga students and teachers alike who want to feel more confident, connected, and empowered in their posture—both on and off the mat.

Bandhas: Yoga's Energetic Locks for Inversions
Find lift, lightness, and confidence upside-down
Discover the secret to effortless, confident inversions—not through brute strength, but through the power of bandhas, yoga's energetic locks. This course introduces the medieval tantric notion of the bandhas and how we can connect to our own inner energy through modern biomechanics and embodied anatomy to create lightness, lift, and stability in poses like Downward Dog, Headstand, Forearm Stand, and Handstand. Whether you're new to inversions or refining your practice, this series will transform how you move and feel in upside-down spaces.
"My approach prioritises somatic and embodied enquiry - into our body, anatomy, and being - through the imagination do bring transformation into the body."

My Approach to Yoga | Embodied Anatomy & the Premodern Imagination

Blending the wisdom of Hatha, Tantra, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Rocket yoga with an embodied approach to anatomy, my classes offer a dynamic and deeply intuitive way into the body. Drawing inspiration from the Franklin Method, as well as both Tantric and Christian mystical traditions, I view the imagination not as fantasy, but as a powerful tool for transformation.

Through movement, meditation, visualisation and somatic enquiry, we awaken deeper body awareness—not only through muscles and bones, but through energy, rhythm, and felt sensation. A key part of this is working with the bandhas—the subtle energetic locks that support inner strength, lift and grace. Whether you're exploring the foundations of posture or the challenge of inversions, my teaching invites a playful yet profound connection to your body: one that is not just physical, but poetic, spiritual, and alive.
